Answer: YES. We pride ourselves in our service and customer satisfaction. After each use, we clean and disinfect the outside and inside of the jumper.

Answer: We accept Visa, Mastercard, corporate check (no personal checks), and cash.

Answer: YES. Usually its $25.

Question: What are the rules for the jumpers?

Answer: No shoes, food, drinks, or toys in the jumper. ESPECIALLY SILLY STRING. Adult must be present at all times for safety and security purposes.

Maximum capacity of jumpers.

Children under eight- 8 to 9 children at a time.

Children older than eight- 6 children at a time.

Do not connect any electrical equipment on the same connection as the unit.

Question: What type of ground can the jumper be placed on?

Answer: You will need a flat surface. It can be grass, cement, or dirt. You cannot place the jumper on gravel.

Question: Do you accept corporate events?

Answer: YES.

Question: How long in advance do we need to reserve the jumper?

Answer: We recommend that you reserve your jumper at least one week in advance.

Question: How much space do I need?

Answer: Most of our jumpers are 13' X 13' and 15' X 15'. The jumpers need at least 2 feet of space so you will need 15' X 15' or 17' X 17'. The specialty jumpers are larger and some have a height requirement as well. Please contact us.

Answer: Prices vary. We offer reasonable rates.

Answer: We serve San Joaquin and surrounding counties.

Question: Do I need to pick up jumper, chairs, etc.?

Answer: NO. We deliver and pick up everything we offer.

Question: How long can I have the jumper?

Answer: Normally eight hours. However, we have flexible hours and will make arrangements to pick up the jumper at a pre-arranged time for your convenience.

Question: What is the minimum amount of time I can rent the jumper?

Answer: Normally four hours but we can make arrangements if you need it for less time.

Question: Do you deliver and pick up the same day?

Answer: YES. For chairs and tables, we can deliver the day before and pick up the day after your event.

Question: Do you provide electric generator?

Answer: Generator will be provided if necessary, however, there is an additional charge. Usually the jumper is connected to an outlet at your home. You will need the generator if you have your event at a park. Please note that county parks have electrical outlets.

Answer: YES. We serve local and county parks.

Question: Can water slides be used at park?

Answer: NO. You can only use the dry slide. The county does not allow it.

Question: Can I rent tables and chairs without renting a jumper?

Answer: YES. There is a small delivery fee if you do not rent a jumper. If you rent a jumper, there is no delivery fee.
